SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All of our orders are shipped via USPS. Due to our Tools & Accessories shipping from separate warehouses, the carrier may vary.  
  

SHIPPING METHODS AND FEES  

  • STANDARD (3-5 Business Days) $5.95 (FREE for orders over $45.00) 
  • EXPRESS (1-2 Business Days) $11.95  
  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship the next business day.

Please note: Tools & Accessories have an extended delivery time due to the items shipping from a separate warehouse.

ORDER STATUS  

A shipping confirmation is emailed as soon as your purchase has been shipped, this email will contain your tracking number. If you have any questions about the status of your order or have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact our Client Services team at care@curlcaviar.com 



RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS: 

Curl Caviar accepts returns on merchandise within 14 days from the date of delivery. All merchandise must be returned unused, unworn, and unaltered. All tags must remain attached and a copy of your invoice must be included in the return package. 

Curl Caviar reserves the right to reject any return which does not follow the guidelines mentioned above. Any item rejected for not following the return guidelines will be sent back at the customer's expense.

Refunds are subject to a $5.95 restocking fee. 

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued back to the original tender used to make the purchase. 

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS: 
  • Customers who wish to make a return should visit our Returns Center or email our Client Services at care@curlcaviar.com to request an RMA number.  
  • Once your return is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you. 
  • Securely pack all of the merchandise you would like to return in a box, ensure to include a copy of your invoice.  
  • Affix the prepaid label and drop off your package at any USPS shipping facility. Make note of the tracking number for your own records.  
  • Once we have received and processed your return, an email notification will be generated. Please allow up to 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect back onto your account. 

EXCHANGES: 

To make an exchange, customers should visit our Returns Center to request a return label. Ensure to mark that you would like to make an exchange. Once your item has been received, we will issue an exchange on your behalf.

FINAL SALE: 

Unfortunately, items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for a refund.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@curlcaviar.com.



PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

Curl Caviar is more than happy to honor a one-time price adjustment on items purchased at full-price within 7 days of purchase. The exact style, color, and size must be in stock at the time of the price adjustment. We are unable to honor a price adjustment on items purchased on a special discounted promotion or on final sale.




INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not accept orders outside of the United States.
